What to do in case of Fire Claim
  1. If you cannot extinguish a small fire with your portable fire extinguisher or if the smoke is hazardous, leave the area at once.
  2. Call Immediately the Fire Brigade.
  3. Don't touch anything.
  4. Call the Insurance Company to send an expert to estimate losses and to check the circumstances of the fire.
  5. All invoices and books record must be available at inquiry of the expert.

what to do in case of a Medical Claim?
In Emergency’s cases:
  1. Go to the nearest hospital.
  2. Present your insurance access card and your ID card to our third-party Administrator (Next Care).
  3. The approval will be transmitted to you through the hospital.
Note: if you are co-insured with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), make sure to get the NSSF’s late approval.           In Non-emergency’s cases: Provide The following documents to our third-party Administrator (Next care) preferably 24 hours ahead of time.
  1. The official original medical report and supportive documents.
  2. The access card
  3. Your ID card
  4. In case you are co-insured with the NSSF (National Social Security Fund), make sure to get your prior NSSF approval.
  Out hospital (Laboratory tests, X-rays….) you can head directly to one of “La Phenicienne” laboratory networks with the following documents:
  1. The official original medical report and supportive documents.
  2. The access card.
  3. Your ID card.
The laboratory will provide you with the approval.   Remarks  
  1. Coverage are limited to the hospital Network that you are subscribed to.
  2. All the above is subject to the policy terms conditions and exclusions.
What to do in case of workmen injuries?
  1. Call The Ambulance
  2. Go to the nearest hospital (mentioned in the list attached to the policy) is a must.
  3. Fill the "Declaration Claim Sheet" (available with each policy) and provide it to our third-party administrator "Next Care".
What to do in case of Burglary Claim
  1. Don't touch anything
  2. Call the police
  3. Call the Insurance Company to carry out an Inspection of the losses.
  4. All invoices and books record must be available at inquiry of the expert.
What to do in case of a car accident ?
  1. Don't move your car.
  2. Don't recognize any liability.
  3. Seek help for apparent injuries or damages (red cross 140 - civil defence 125 - police 112)
  4. Call an expert from the attached list to the insurance policy.
  5. Complete the motor notice of accident at La Phenicienne offices within 3 days from the date of the accident.
What to do in case of Marine Claim
Assured or their Agents must: 1.Claim on the carriers and on the Port Authorities for any missing packages. 2.Apply immediately for survey in the docks by carries' representative if any loss or damage be apparent and claim on the Carriers for any actual loss or damage found at such survey. 3.In no circumstances give clean receipts where goods are in doubtful condition except under written protest. 4.Give notice in writing to the carries'representative within three days of delivery if the loss or damage was not apparent at time of taking delivery. NOTE-The Consignees or their Agents are recommended to make themselves familiar with the regulations of the port Authorities in force at the port of discharge. All correspondence with Carriers regarding their libality should be forwarded when submitting any claim to Underwriters.
